Payment & Shipping Instructions

Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover all accepted via PayPal payment processing. Again, you do NOT have to be a member of PayPal, or have a PayPal account to make payments for Straynge Family prints and merchandise. When prompted to login to a PayPal account, just click on "continue" on the bottom of the left hand column after it is written to pay with a credit card. You simply use it as you would any other online shopping cart.

Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Welles Entertainment. This is normal. It is the name of my company.

Money Orders and Bank's Cashier's Checks are also accepted; however, we will have to resort to the ol' fashioned, Ebay method, whereas you send me an email to contact@strayngefamily.com indicating which item(s) you would like to purchase, the quantity and your shipping address. We will then confirm on the price. The Money Order or Cashier's Check in the agreed amount should be sent to the following address:

I will ship out your order as soon as I receive and deposit your payment.

Shipping is FREE for all Straynge Family prints and merchandise, and will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks to receive your purchase. I will do my best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, however, slight delays may occur. It will be more than likely that multiple items ordered will be sent individually due to the fragility of the prints. 

I regret to inform that international shipping orders are not accepted at this time.
